The Circle

The Circle is a global feminist organisation, founded by Annie Lennox and other leading women, to support women and girls confronting gender-based violence and economic injustice across the world.

Over 300 million women and girls are living in extreme poverty, and 1 in 3 women face violence in their lifetime. Together, we can help create a safer and fairer world for the most marginalised women and girls globally.

The Circle funds and supports grassroots women-led organisations worldwide from Afghanistan to South Sudan that are working on the frontlines of gender-based violence, global crises, including conflicts, and economic insecurity. Bringing together global feminist changemakers, The Circle advocates and campaigns to tackle unjust systems and amplify women’s voices to those in power.

In a festival first, SISTERS: curated by Annie Lennox is a unique festival takeover, bringing together a hand-picked collection of performers. Annie will present some incredible moments to raise funds and highlight the work of this incredible organisation.
