Merchandise

Any merchandise available will be on sale at our Info Tent at the festival. Please note, that we only have Wilderness merchandise, we do not sell artist merchandise.

We love nothing more than seeing all of you decked out in your festival finery and absolutely owning it when it comes to taking on our annual dress-up themes.

Our 2025 theme is here: Bright Ideas.

This year, we’re going big for one day only. Saturday’s your stage.

Get bright with lightbulbs and lasers, disco balls and daydreams. Think colour, creativity, and a bit of chaos. Show us what you’ve got in the sunshine—bold looks, bright energy, big vibes.

Or take a walk on the creators side, rockets, roller skates, radios—whatever your version of genius and inventor looks like, we want to see it. Think big. Think bold. Think “why didn’t I think of that?”

We want to see bright colours, wild creations, wearable experiments. The wilderness is your playground.

By night, it’s time to glow. An opportunity to change your fit or flick the switches to night mode, bringing out the neon, LEDs, retro-futurist vibes. Step into your after-dark alter ego and light up The Valley.

We can’t wait to see what you’ll invent. It’s your time to shine.

Wilderness has a variety of experiences, some of which have a limited capacity, so need to be booked in advance - view the full range available here. You can also sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when these open for bookings.

Prohibited items

See our Prohibited Items list.

Campsite cooking allowances

We allow you to bring your own cooking equipment provided it is raised off the ground and properly extinguished after use. Gas cookers are allowed within the following limits:

Live-in Vehicle Campsite

Propane or Butane cylinders under 7kg. No more than 1 cylinder per vehicle. Solid fuel stoves & Greenheat Base Camp Cooker.

We ask that people visually inspect equipment, including seals and hoses, to check for wear or cracks before connecting to any gas supplies. Once connected, perform the ‘soapy water test’ by connecting the cylinder to the cooking equipment, use a sponge to apply soapy water to the assembly including any joints. Once covered, turn on the gas (without lighting the stove). Any leaks will be shown by small bubbles appearing in the soapy water or a smell of gas before lighting the stove.

The festival has a professional on-site fire team on duty 24 hours a day to respond to any fires. In the event of fire immediately evacuate the area and alert a steward, security or member of the Campsite Management team.
Please note in particularly dry & hot weather cooking equipment may be prohibited altogether.

All Other Campsites

Gas canisters under 450g or rechargeable canisters under 2.75kg. No more than 1 rechargeable canister. Supplies over this should be returned to the customer's vehicle. Solid fuel stoves & Greenheat Base Camp Cooker.

Alcohol limits

You may bring the following to the festival

  • 12 cans beer / lager / cider / pre-mixed drinks OR
  • 2 bottles of wine (decanted into plastic bottles) per person OR
  • A combination of the two i.e. 6 cans and 1 bottle.

Strictly no spirits or hard liquor.

You may only bring your allowance of alcohol in on the first entry. You cannot leave the site and return with more. Searches will be undertaken upon entry. If you leave the site,  you may be searched again upon re-admittance.

Any alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated.

This alcohol may only be consumed in the campsite.

Valuables

Please don’t bring anything valuable to the festival.

Clearly mark property with your address, postcode or contact number. This helps deter thieves and ensure lost goods get returned. If it's available to you, make sure you register devices for tracking.

Use on-site lockers rather than belongings in your tent. These will be available to pre-book or book at the festival.

Sleep with valuables in your sleeping bag and not near the door of your tent.

Lockers are available in the arena only.

Campsite facilities

All our campsites have toilets, showers and water points, as standard. Don't forget your refillable water bottle! There will also be plenty of toilets and water points in the Main Arena. You can see the location of all of these on our Festival Map.

There will also be a small number of food/drink vendors either within or close to each of the campsites and if you don't like what they're offering, you can head into the arena from 07:45 to see what else is on offer. Information on all our food traders, including the dietaries they cater to, can be found on our app.

Arena facilities

Details and pre-bookings (if applicable) for all bookable facilities can be found here.

In the arena, you can find

  • Lockers for storage & phone charging, bookable here.
  • Tom the Shop for any of your last-minute shopping needs.
  • Our hand-selected food traders - dietary info will be available on our app. Please remember food traders and bars accept card payments ONLY.

  • The Info Tent - for any questions you may have and the place to go to report Lost or Found Property.
  • Loos - including our bookable luxury When Nature Calls Loo Lounge and non-bookable lunar loos for those of you with reusable menstrual cups and family huts for those of you requiring a quiet space to change/feed little ones.
  • Water points - don't forget your refillable water bottle.
  • As well as all our wonderful venues!

Family facilities

See information about our Family facilities here.

The Info Tent is there if you have any questions or require any assistance during the festival. It is positioned at a central point of the arena and its staff will be able to provide you with helpful answers and assistance regarding most problems.

Staff can provide you with up-to-date information about all activities taking place, guide you towards facilities you may require and relay important information or feedback to improve your experience.

Depending on what we have on offer, you can buy our festival merchandise and book extra experiences here.

It's the hub for all lost property, if you have lost or found anything please head straight there to hand it in / report it missing.

It's also home to our swapping tree, a self-run service where festivalgoers can leave or request any extra experiences to swap between one another.

We work incredibly hard to ensure any lost property is returned to its rightful owner throughout and post-festival.

If you lose an item please fill out our Lost Property Form and pop by the Info Tent to see if it's been handed in.

If you find an item please hand it in at the Info Tent at the festival. If you find it on Monday when the arena isn't open, please hand it into the Welfare Tent, Security or Stewards before you leave, please don't take it home with you, it becomes much trickier to reunite things this way.

Welfare tent

The Welfare Tent provides festival-goers with a hub of caring, experienced individuals to help you with even the smallest of issues. If you do not have a medical requirement but need someone to talk to, please head to our Welfare Tent in the first instance

Medical tent

The medics at Wilderness are experienced, qualified, fully equipped to deal with situations and available for anyone who requires medical assistance during the festival. If you are feeling unwell visit it as soon as you can. Look out for your fellow festival-goers and inform a steward or a member of security if you notice that someone is unwell.

Safety support

If you need to get out of a situation, just leave, don’t feel embarrassed. Ask security or stewards for help.

Read our full Welfare and Security page here.

We have a dedicated Access Team at the festival. Read our full Accessibility Information here.

Everyone is welcome at Wilderness.

Please remember Cornbury Park is a working deer park and home to an abundance of wildlife all year round and we are just temporary visitors, so it is imperative that we all do our bit to leave no trace.

Read more information here on how you can help us protect the beautiful surroundings we call home and do your part to keep the party going for years to come.

Please do not camp, dwell, park under or climb trees. With all this gorgeous sunny weather, our beautiful ancient oaks are at an increased risk of summer branch drop. So, while the shade may seem tempting, this is for your safety.

If camping isn't your thing you can book our entry only (no camping) ticket which allows you to come and go throughout the weekend, provided you enter within the gate times each day and keep your wristband on.
