Charity Concierge Trolley & Wagon FAQs
Our prices vary:
- Trolleys can be rented by the hour for £10
- Trolleys can be rented by the weekend for £50
- Wagons can be rented by the weekend for £80
*all trollies and wagons must be picked up and returned to the original pick up location within opening hours
Easy peasy! When you find us on site, we’ll ask you a few questions and take a £100 security deposit. When you return your trolley, we’ll deduct the hire time from the £100 deposit and refund you the remaining amount. If you’ve pre-ordered a wagon, we’ll ask for a £50 security deposit on pick up. This will be refunded once you return the wagon at the end of the festival.
We take a security deposit to mitigate against the loss, theft or damage of the trolleys. You can read more about the deposit and payment process in our Terms and Conditions.
Our Charity Concierge Trolley Hubs will be open within these hours:
- Thursday and Friday: 9 am - 10 pm
- Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm
- Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm
- Monday: 7:30 - 12 pm
Pick ups and drop offs must take place within the times outlined.
We have three locations from which you can pick and drop off your trolley/wagon:
- Family car park
- General car park
- Boutique car park
We’ll have a Charity Concierge Trolley Hub located near to the entrance gates where you can pick up and drop off your trolley/wagon within opening hours (outlined above).
They’re very similar. However, our wagons go above and beyond with cushions and a canopy to protect from the sun and rain.
Yes! You can pre-book a wagon for the weekend. A wagon costs £80 for the weekend. When you book, we’ll ask from which location you’d like to pick up from. We’ll ask you a few questions, charge a £50 security deposit (which will be refunded on the wagon’s return) and send you on your way!
Cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed and cannot be accommodated after the 1st of July. If you need to cancel your pre-booking due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us with your name and original booking details.
Keep inside your tent or awning. If you leave it outside, someone might fancy their chances at a trolley ride! If they are stolen and not found, you may not receive your full deposit.
