Yoga In The Wild
from £15
Wellbeing In The WildFriday & Saturday with Sonny
Sonny is a practised yoga teacher who'll be guiding a fully inclusive vinyasa flow for all bodies and all experiences. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
I have grown up in a household with its foundations set in yoga through my pillar of a mother, the stuntastic Tania Brown herself, so I've been practising vinyasa flows as far back as i can remember. I've taken this practice around with me around the world, through the soaring heights of the Canadian Rockies to the warm reef breaks of Sri Lanka's east coast; through sleepless nights, injury and as a regulator for the various habits and sports that pick my fancy.
So join me for yoga in the wild. I'll be teaching a completely inclusive vinyasa flow open to all levels to help you ease away the camping aches and keep you grounded and boogie for the dance floor. See you in the woods, folks...
Sunday with Beth
A grounding outdoor yoga practice designed to support your Wilderness experience.
This session is created with festival life and outdoor adventure in mind, helping you reset, restore and reconnect so you can make the most of your time in nature. Whether you've been walking, dancing, swimming or simply fully immersed in the festival, this practice helps release tension from the body and bring you back into balance.
We'll begin with an energising flow to awaken the body and build warmth, before gradually slowing into deeper, longer-held stretches that encourage release and recovery.
Expect mindful movement, breathwork and moments of stillness, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
Suitable for all levels.
