The Audi Kitchen returns as a luxurious retreat, presenting an exclusive menu curated by Audi brand ambassador and internationally acclaimed chef Theo Randall.
Widely regarded as one of Britain’s leading Italian-inspired chefs, Theo perfected his craft at the legendary River Café, where he spent more than 15 years and ultimately rose to Head Chef, helping to shape the restaurant into one of the UK’s most influential culinary institutions. He later opened Theo Randall at the InterContinental London to widespread critical acclaim, earning a reputation for refined yet honest Italian cuisine rooted in exceptional seasonal produce and regional authenticity. Celebrated food critic Jay Rayner once described his supper at the restaurant as ‘the best meal I have had all year’.
Beyond the restaurant world, Theo has become one of the UK’s most recognisable and trusted culinary voices with regular appearances on BBC's Saturday Kitchen and MasterChef. He is also the author of several acclaimed cookbooks, including Pasta, The Italian Deli, Italian Pantry, Verdura and My Simple Italian. His new book, The Italian Table, is set for release on 04 June 2026.

Bruschetta and Focaccia
Starter: Ravioli di Erbette
Handmade fresh pasta filled with mixed summer greens, ricotta and Parmesan with brown butter and crispy sage

Grilled and roasted rump of Lake District lamb with ‘Caponata’ of Aubergines, red and yellow peppers, courgettes, tomato, basil with salsa verde
Dessert: Panna Cotta
Served with raspberries, honeycomb and cantuccini
