Biofluorescent Night Walks

Join us for an extraordinary adventure as we explore the fascinating world of biofluorescence! Biofluorescence is a unique phenomenon where certain organisms emit light in different colors than the ones they absorb, and we will embark on a guided walk to discover this captivating natural phenomenon up close.

With UV torches provided, we will venture into the darkness to witness a stunning display of biofluorescent organisms in their natural habitat. From fungi to insects and plants, we will encounter a diverse array of species that come alive with vibrant hues of green, blue, red, purple, orange, and more, revealing Nature’s hidden spectacles.

David is the founder of Reveal Nature offering unique nature connection experiences that provide a different perspective on the natural world.

Over the course of the past 15 years, David has been guiding forest bathing sessions, leading expeditions, living with indigenous tribes, practising macro and landscape photography, and designing permaculture and food forest systems as a means of deepening his connection to the natural world.

His fascination lies in the captivating realm of Biofluorescence and the extraordinary mini micro worlds that typically elude our ordinary perception. He loves to explore these two worlds and share the awe and wonder of discovering a different side of nature.

Alongside Reveal Nature, David is also the founder of nonprofit organisation Nomadic Lion. Their mission is to walk across countries to share happiness and joy with all. With nothing more than a backpack and a belief in the goodness of humanity, they have walked more than 10,000 km across six different countries, for various causes.
